Reply to buyer messages and RFQs promptly. Your response rate is visible to buyers and affects how much trust and business you earn.
Fair dealing
Honour the prices and terms you quote, protect buyer information shared in chat, and resolve issues in good faith. Repeated breaches can result in suspension.
