Talk before you pay
Buyers reach suppliers only through in-app chat with built-in translation. Keep negotiations, samples and agreements in the chat so there is a clear record of what was promised.
If something goes wrong
Payment and shipping are arranged directly with the supplier, so always confirm terms before paying. If a verified supplier misrepresents themselves, contact us — we investigate and can remove suppliers who breach our standards.
