Shopbuddy is a sourcing and communication platform. Purchases, payments and shipping are arranged directly with the supplier, so refunds follow the terms you agree with them.
Agree terms up front
Before paying, confirm refund, sample and return terms in the chat so both sides have a clear record. Verified suppliers are expected to honour the terms they quote.

If a supplier will not honour agreed terms, contact us with the chat details. We can investigate and act against suppliers who breach our standards, even though we do not process payments ourselves.
